WEBINAR: How to Keep Employees Engaged and Productive During Stressful Times

It is hard enough for supervisors and managers to keep employees engaged when things are going well. One of the hardest challenges for anyone in leadership is to manage and lead employees that are not engaged or motivated to do their job. This is especially challenging during these times with the uncertainty and emotional turmoil with COVID-19.

Whether your employees are working remote, at home, in the office or on the job site, learning how to manage and lead your employees through this minefield to continue to be productive is key to success, for yourself, the employee and the organization. Join facilitator, Wendy Hofford, as she helps you as a leader to understand how to manage and lead your employees during these uncertain challenging times.

In this webinar you will discover:

  • Why some employees become disengaged and non-productive
  • Why leading by example and measuring your engagement is important
  • How to manage and lead while finding a balance between being empathetic and authoritative
  • Five  strategies to increase employee engagement, productivity and resilience for you and your employees
