In this hands-on, two-day workshop, you will learn how to effectively manage projects by leveraging the power of MS Project. This session is designed to teach you how to master project planning, tasks, resources, scheduling and more.

Each participant must provide their own laptop. This session is applicable for Microsoft Project versions 2010, 2013 and 2016.
