Standard subcontract form between prime contractor and subcontractor where payment is based on a stipulated or fixed price.
Users can choose between the refer-by-reference or standalone approaches simply by completing either page 2A or 2B (not both) and discarding the other page.
This version of the standard CCA 1 was made for use with Québec’s unique civil code.
