CIWA Rates

In 2022, the provincial government released a new minimum wage schedule for the Manitoba Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Construction (ICI) sector in the province. The Construction Industry Wages Act (CIWA) legislates the hours of work and wage rates in the construction industry.
